Don’t worry about transportation; we’ll pick you up from your hotel with your own personal driver, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for riders of all skill levels. Our signature tour leaves the ranch by making its way through an extended part of Aruba's National Park surrounded by ecological landscapes. You may find locals working at the lagoons. Depending on the season this part of the trail may look like a desert. During other seasons it may be lush green and covered with vegetation. One thing is for sure; you're surrounded by cacti and rocks and Aruba's famous trade winds. The elevation hills provide scenic views of the island before continuing down to the coastline for a ride along the pristine waters. This tour is all about soaking in the beauty of Aruba's nature on a horseback!
Upcoming Sessions
1. Confirmation Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when you receive a written confirmation directly from us or from one of our partners AND upon full payment. If you didn't provide a credit card for your reservation or if we were not able to charge your card, we will assume no reservation exists. You will receive your confirmation after receipt of your payment. At the time of booking, a non-refundable reservation transaction fee of $10 per reservation is due to the Hacienda Hoofs of Hope. 2. Cancellation policy 48 hour notice is required for cancellation of any tour regardless of the reason. The cancellation needs to be in writing to the following e-mail address: sales@hoofsofhope.org Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund only when cancelled in writing Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour is considered a default which results in a no claim of the fee that you have agreed to pay in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance due to force majeure are eligible for full refund. Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, hurricanes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. 3. Cancellations from our part: Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. Rides may be cancelled by the ranch due to inclement weather, dangerous trail conditions etc. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances. Important All tours and transportations are scheduled and arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of the tour at the stipulated time will not be refunded. Any person failing to appear at the meeting location at the time indicated by us or our partners on the day of the tour will not be refunded. Any person suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted to join any tour. Any person refusing to sign the waiver will not be allowed on the tour. We do not recommend the horseback rides for pregnant women and anyone suffering from back and neck pain.
