Join us for an exhilarating ride and discover the island in its morning glory! Depending on the season, it may still be dark when you arrive at the ranch. As you enter the extension of Aruba's ecological landscapes, you'll be able to hear the birds welcoming a new day in their own morning tune. While the sun is rising you can feel the soft warm rays softly touching your skin. The rocky and desert surroundings will eventually make way for a ride on the coastline, creating beautiful picture opportunities.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation A reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued directly by us or one of our authorized partners. If payment cannot be processed or no valid payment method is provided, the reservation will not be considered confirmed. A non-refundable $10 reservation processing fee applies to each booking. 2. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing to sales@hoofsofhope.org. - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour qualify for a refund, less the non-refundable reservation fee. - Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour qualify for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, including no-shows, are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure, a full refund may be granted at the discretion of the ranch. Force majeure may include severe weather conditions preventing cruise ships from docking safely. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. 3. Cancellations by the Ranch In rare cases, tours may be cancelled by the ranch due to unsafe weather, dangerous trail conditions, or other circumstances affecting safety and animal welfare. Guests will receive either: - A full refund, or - The option to reschedule or select a similar experience, subject to availability. Important All tours and transportations are scheduled and arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of the tour at the stipulated time will not be refunded. Any person failing to appear at the meeting location at the time indicated by us or our partners on the day of the tour will not be refunded. Any person suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted to join any tour. Any person refusing to sign the waiver will not be allowed on the tour. Anyone person involved in malicious practice towards our ranch, a tour or any one of our partners and/or staff member, including violence, abusive language, unfounded bad reviews and statements (online) will be basis for us to seek consult for legal actions in terms of defamation, libel and slander.
